Quebec is offering a Certificat de sélection (CSQ) to foreign workers who qualify in artificial intelligence, information technology, computing and visual effects positions. This is a unique chance to come live and work in Canada.

Admissibility Criteria

  • Have a degree with a major in computer, electronics, or communication field and more, corresponding to Quebec Diploma of College Studies/Technical training or bachelor's degree
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in artificial intelligence, electronics computing or communication field and more.

Program Steps Overview

  1. Meet with Leduc team for preliminary assessment

  2. Complete and provide Leduc team with following documents

    • Curriculum Vitae
    • Employer references
    • Application Form
    • All supporting documentation required by Leduc team

  3. Interview with a Quebec employer

    For Artificial Intelligence Stream: application for review by Third-Party

  4. Submit Immigration Application

    • Interview with immigration officer
    • Receive Certificat de Sélection
    • Apply for Work Permit and Permanent Residence

  5. Immigrate to Quebec
